These terms apply to your use of 7fcs.pro, operated by Jalal Kassam, a business registered in Portugal, at Rua D. Afonso Henriques, n.º 111, 4700-030 Braga, Portugal ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We provide business coaching and consulting for coaches, including program design and client acquisition. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms.

3. SMS and text messaging terms

  • Program: Jalal Kassam coaching inquiries and updates.
  • Messages you may receive: replies to your inquiry, call scheduling and reminders, and, if you agreed to marketing messages, information about our coaching programs.
  • Consent: you receive text messages only if you opted in by checking an optional, unchecked consent box on our Facebook or Instagram lead form or on our call booking form. There is one box for non-marketing messages and one for marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
  • Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us at [email protected].
  • Age: you must be 18 or older to opt in to text messages.
  • Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. No guarantee of results

Information on this website is for general information only. Examples of client results are individual and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same results. Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, experience and market.

All content on this website, including text, materials and resources, belongs to us unless stated otherwise. You may use it for your own personal use only. You may not copy, sell or distribute it without our written permission.
